Funding Process

Please read the following procedure carefully to further understanding our way of functioning.

  1. THE CLIENT SUBMITS AN EXECUTIVE SUMMARY and a completed PRELIMINARY APPRAISAL QUESTIONNAIRE (see link below), PROPERLY FURNISHING ALL RELEVANT INFORMATION AND DETAILS OF THE TRANSACTION.
  2. THE EXECUTIVE SUMMARY + PRELIMINARY APPRAISAL QUESTIONNAIRE WILL BE REVIEWED BY THE PROFESSIONALS OF ARGO'S FINANCE DIVISION WHO WILL ISSUE AN INDICATIVE OFFER ABOUT THE POSSIBLE STRUCTURING OF THE PROPOSED FINANCIAL PACKAGE TO THE CLIENT.
  3. THE CLIENT WILL THEN BE ABLE TO NEGOTIATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITH ARGO INTERNATIONAL THROUGH THE NOMINATED CONSULTANTS OF ARGO INTERNATIONAL INC. IN DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE WORLD.
  4. ONCE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN AGREED UPON FOR THE PROSPECTIVE FUNDING ARRANGEMENT, A SECURITIES CAPITALIZATION FACILITY AGREEMENT OR EQUITY PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT OR MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING ARE SIGNED AS PER THE SPECIFIC FINANCIAL PACKAGE AGREED UPON.
  5. THE CLIENT IS NECESSARILY REQUIRED TO BE ABLE TO PERFORM IN THE LIGHT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUCH AGREEMENT.
